Please arrive at the pick up point 5 minutes before departure time.

Additional Information

We provide pick up service in most hotels. If your hotel does not have a pick up service, we will give you the nearest meeting point. For Tulum hotels the meeting point is Hotel Andreas at 09:15 a.m. Tulum does not have hotel pick-up service. Drop off to Tulum for operational reason is in a public transportation. Our staff will pay the ticket for you.

Meeting / End Points

  • For Playa del Carmen City Meeting point is Coco Bongo Doors at 08:10 am in 12th Street with 10th Avenue. Our staff will call your name when they arrive.
