You’ll meet at Piazza Santa Croce near Santa Croce church, where Michelangelo's tomb is located.
Your walking tour will begin in the city centre, and the first stop will be Ponte Vecchio. Make sure your camera is ready for photo opps of the spectacular views of Florence's surrounding hills from the bridge.
After that, you’ll walk to Piazza della Signoria, the political centre of Florence, with the amazing Loggia. Here you’ll see the famous marble and bronze statues created by Florentine artists from the 16th century. Next you will see the fantastic Uffizi Gallery building from the outside, one of the world's top rated galleries. This building was once the seat of the Florentine Guilds, and the majesty of Palazzo Vecchio, Florence's town hall.
