Meet us at Palais Bab Sahra Fez restaurant for our exciting and fun-filled Moroccan culinary adventure! For our recipe, we'll need fresh produce, for which we'll head to a local souk, right in the heart of Fez's medina. At the food stall, we'll pick out the freshest ingredients, from meats and veggies to fruits With our groceries in hand, it's back to the restaurant for some serious cooking. Aprons on, folks! During the class, we'll learn how to prepare different variations of the classic tajin dish, a staple of Moroccan cuisine. From chicken and olives to meat and plums, even to using a different kind of couscous! And, of course, we'll wash it all down with a freshly brewed cup of Moroccan tea – which, by the way, we'll master the art of making, too!Once everything has been prepared, we'll sit down for a well-deserved meal! Alongside a fresh salad and seasonal fruit, count on one of the best meals you'll have while in Morocco—the one you cooked yourself!
