Choosing two of the best surfing beaches in São Miguel, Praia das Milícias, four kilometres from Ponta Delgada, or Praia do Areal de Santa Bárbara, depending on your level and the tides, you will learn for 2 hours all the technical knowledge necessary to know how to surf: how to enter the water, how to paddle, how to get on the board and keep your balance...
