- The Eurail Finland Pass is only applicable to domestic trains in Finland.
- One mobile device can store more than one pass.
- Travelers may apply for refunds within 360 days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not activated or used the pass.
- Once a pass is activated, it cannot be transferred to a different mobile device.
- Please carry your passport for identity verification.

- Free admission is available for children under 4 years old who do not occupy a seat and are accompanied by at least one paying adult. Proof of age (e.g., passport) is required.
- Each adult can accommodate up to 2 children aged 4–11. Seats are included in child passes. If traveling with 3 or more children, please book youth tickets for them.
- Reservations are required for sleeper trains and high-speed rails, as Finland is a popular destination in Europe.
- 1st Class Passes are valid in both 1st and 2nd Class coaches. 2nd Class Passes are valid only in 2nd Class coaches.
