The Pisco Sour is an iconic Peruvian cocktail made with pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites, and Angostura bitters. After the class, lunch is served on the terrace of Cala, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while savoring a typical Peruvian dish of your choice.
