We’ll pick you up from your Heraklion hotel to begin our excursion. Traveling along the coast, we head south from Sfakaki to the historic Arkadi Monastery, known for its architecture and role in the Greek War of Independence.
Next, we visit the ancient city of Eleftherna, where you can explore its archaeological site and museum. Then, we stop in Margarites, a village renowned for pottery.
After a visit to a local distillery for tsikoudia tasting, we reach Rethymno’s Old Town, where you can explore Venetian and Ottoman landmarks. Finally, we return to Heraklion.
