Corfu sightseeing tour, small group tour by minivan
It is a semi private small group tour for a maximum of six people with English speaking driver. Short tour of the city by car, admiring the old town, the palace from the period of the British Protectorate, the Venetian fortresses, and the sea walls of the city. On the Kanoni peninsula, we will enjoy the famous and panoramic view of Mouse Island and the Vlacherena convent. Crossing the lush countryside of the island, we reach the impressive area of Paleokastritsa, the most popular and picturesque spot on the island, with crystal blue waters and beautiful rocky coves. Visit the 13th-century Orthodox monastery dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Driving through olive groves, we ascend the mountain to reach Lakones, the village with the enchanting view towards Paleokastritsa and western Corfu. Continuing our journey on the western side of the mountain, we will encounter the Angelokastro, the Byzantine castle from the 13th century, situated on a rugged hill.
