With these ingredients, we are preparing the dishes that are known from our grandmothers and are part of the Cretans daily diet. We wish to give to friends of Crete, the experience of our true life and true traditional food, far from tourist attractions!!! The menu can be modified for our vegetarian guests. During the lesson, we will give you useful information regarding the Cretan diet. At the end of the lesson, we will make a gastronomic feast where you will enjoy all the dishes we have prepared together.

Dolmadakia: Stuffed vine leaves, zucchini flowers with rice, vegetables, herbs and olive oil

MAIN - Mousaka

Mousaka: The famous Greek dish (potatoes, zucchini, aubergines, minced meat in tomatoes sauce, béchamel) in the wood oven

MAIN - Tigania

Pork Tigania with peppers very simple and quick recipe that is made in the pan and makes everyone crazy

DESSERT - Greek yoghurt with homemade sweets

Greek yoghurt with homemade sweets: Strained yoghurt or homemade ice cream with homemade fruit-sweet
