Unforgettable experience with a local chef who will guide you, inside a small garage laboratory, in the preparation of fresh pasta and stuffed pasta with subsequent tasting. You will use the grandmother's historical tools and real fresh and local ingredients purchased in the local historical markets of the city. Minimum 2 people
We will meet to prepare fresh, stuffed pasta in two formats to be seasoned with two traditional recipes from our region and then taste them, accompanied by local wine. Everything will be served on the table in a characteristic ex storage laboratory where the dishes will be prepared. Next, we will prepare tiramisu, a typical recipe of Italian gastronomic culture.
