At the church's Hoya Cheese Factory, we offer you the experience of a workshop to make a fresh cheese with goat's milk in a traditional way with your own hands. Next, we will enjoy a guided tasting of delicious cheeses along with a selection of cave-aged cheeses. The experience will take place in one of its 3 caves. All of them maintain a temperature of between 12 and 15 degrees constant all year round, with a humidity of around 90%. The duration of the workshop with tasting will be approximately 1.5 hours, 45 minutes corresponding to the production workshop, and 45 minutes to the guided tasting. We continue along our gastronomic route with delicious food in a traditional restaurant.

We traveled to the west of the Province of Valencia, in the so-called Utiel-Requena plain, a plateau of cold winters and hot summers. In the quiet town of Los Pedrones, about 20 km from Requena, an area with a great winemaking tradition, good hydraulic resources and great beauty and contrasts. An ideal place in the middle of nature where goats grow strong and healthy to produce the best products of the land, artisanal cheeses.
