Nestled in the heart of the Paarl Valley, Fairview is renowned for its award-winning wines, artisanal cheeses, and warm hospitality. The farm has a rich history that dates back to the late 17th century, when the farm was granted to the first settler, a French Huguenot named Charles Back. Originally known as Bloemkoolfontein, the farm was later renamed Fairview due to its stunning views and surrounding landscape. Today, the farm is still owned by the Back family.
