Your day will start with pick-up from your hotel and a short ride (20 minutes) to Smithfield Skyrail station. Enjoy a unique perspective of this ancient landscape with unsurpassed panoramic views of Barron Gorge and Australia’s Wet Tropics World Heritage Area.
Experience the Skyrail to Kuranda, and your guide will meet you again in Kuranda and show you around the village. You can enjoy your free time in Kuranda markets.
In the afternoon, taking the oldest railway travel back from Kuranda to Cairns. The guide will prepare the admission for you and the information you need for the ride. A 37-kilometer rail journey onboard authentic vintage carriages through Barron Gorge National Park.
Last, the operator will pick you up from the Cairns railway station and drop you back at your hotel.
