Meet our friendly team who will guide you through how we grow and farm our pearls and oysters, and the process of how we grade these rare gems ready for pieces of beautiful jewellery.

Guided oyster tasting: Experience different oyster variants. Hawkesbury River is home to 4 oyster variants. Come try the rare Akoya with us.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes: Cruise the Hawkesbury River and visit the oyster leases. Hear about how we grow oysters then taste freshly shucked oysters.

Additional Information
Take the 7.50am train from Central Station in Sydney, direction Newcastle for the Hawkesbury River Train Station. This train arrives at 8.50am. We will be ready to transfer you to your tour as soon as your train arrives. The transfer is only for guests booking the Oyster and Lovers Tour or the Shell to Showroom Tours. Transfer will return back to the train station at 1pm Please note that the price does not include the train fare.
Meeting / End Points
- Just off the M1. When heading towards Sydney from North, take the Hawkesbury River Rest Stop exit. When heading North, take the Mooney Mooney Brooklyn Exit. We are down the road from Mooney Mooney Workers Club and past the Hawkesbury Oyster Shed.
