Start your culinary adventure with free pickup at Ubud's central meeting point. Morning classes include a market visit to explore local produce and sample fresh fruits and treats. Next, visit our organic farm to hand-pick fresh ingredients. Explore the lush garden, learn directly from nature, and discover Balinese spices and plants commonly used in daily life. In our open-air kitchen, surrounded by the pristine and peaceful nature of an authentic Balinese countryside, join us in cooking six authentic Balinese and Indonesian dishes. Guided by our chefs, you’ll uncover the secrets behind each recipe. After cooking, enjoy the meal together and take home recipes, leftovers, and unforgettable memories. STARTER - Sayur Urab

Sayur Urab is a traditional Balinese dish, it's a boil vegetables mix with fried seasoning and grated fresh coconut.

STARTER - Sweet Sour Tempe

Crunchy tempe greased with caramelize sweet sour sauce made of palm sugar and lime.

MAIN - Opor Ayam

Opor Ayam is actually boiled chicken which is given thick condiment from coconut milk which is added with various spices.

MAIN - Bali Sate Lilit

This satay is made from pork, fish, chicken, beef, or even chopped turtle, then mixed with grated coconut, coconut milk, lime, onion, and pepper.

MAIN - Ayam Sambal Matah

Ayam Sambal Matah is a dish with a special sauce/sambal from Bali "Sambal Matah" Sambel matah is a traditional Balinese spice.

DESSERT - Bubur Injn/Black Rice Pudding

Black rice pudding has a philosophical meaning of togetherness and unity.
