Purchase Summary
- The tour guide will contact passengers one day before the tour. Please provide a local phone number for emergency contact. If you are on a plane or cruise ship on the day before the group departure, kindly inform customer service, and arrangements will be made to contact the passenger in advance.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly, as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- For certain vehicle types, children under 8 years old are required to use a car seat. Local travel agencies offer rental services at a rate of US$10 per person per day. If you have children under 8, please notify customer service during booking. Failure to comply may result in an admission decline
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult (18+) at all times
- Each traveler is limited to one piece of carry-on baggage or backpack; large suitcases and luggage are not permitted
- Travelers sharing a room must use the same pick-up point, and room allocation service is only offered for orders made 15 days or more before departure
- Rooms for more than two people typically feature two beds, and additional beds are not allowed for third and fourth individuals or children. Please refer to the actual arrangement for details
- Hotel check-in is typically after 3:00 pm. All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is strictly prohibited; violators will be fined over $250, and expenses will be the responsibility of the guests
- Typically, hotels will request a deposit of $50–100 during check-in, refundable upon check-out
- For holidays like New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and long weekends, if there is a hotel price increase, we will notify passengers during order confirmation. Please pay attention to customer service messages

- For any changes to order information, a US$25 handling fee will apply each time (applicable changes include altering pick-up location, increasing participants, and modifying flight information). No changes can be made within 7 days before departure
- For modifications such as changes in participants' names or a reduction in the number of participants or rooms, a US$25 handling fee will be charged, and the price difference will be calculated based on the cancellation policy
- Security checks may occur during the trip, so ensure no suitcases or large luggage are brought; only carry-on backpacks or handbags are permitted
- As a renowned famous site, Antelope Canyon has specific rules: no photography on the stairs, adhere to the Navajo tour guide, refrain from writing on canyon walls, avoid littering, leave tripods behind, and do not climb rocks. Non-compliance may result in being returned to the car with no refunds provided
