A Taste of Italy: A Vegas Italian Food Experience

Ciao tutti! I'm Jonathan and I love Italian food! Currently I host a sightseeing walking experience, a bar crawl and now I'd like to host the first original Italian food crawl on the Vegas Strip.
We'll be sampling several unique Italian dishes, appetizers, desserts and pastries from four to five different restaurants all within the same Italian themed resort - lined with Botticino marble from northern Italy, hand painted frescoes replicated from the Doge's Palace in Venezia and dine in a replica of Piazza San Marco from Venice.
Inspiration for the tour comes from being fortunate enough to have a significant other from Italy where we travel three to four times a year. While there's always more to learn and taste, I've curated a tasting experience where we'll go beyond your typical spaghetti and meatball American Italian plates and try some of the more unique dishes from various parts of Italy that the peninsula has to offer!

MAIN - Neapolitan Wood-Fire Pizza
MARGHERITA | COPPIA san marzano, buffalo bocconcini, oregano san marzano, sausage, arugula, ricotta, speck, grana
DESSERT - Zeppola
Zeppole are deep-fried dough ball topped with powdered sugar and filled with custard or cream. They are eaten to celebrate Saint Joseph's Day.
MAIN - Risotto Milanese
RISOTTO MILANESE saffron infused aged acquerello risotto, bone marrow, veal reduction
DESSERT - Canolo
Traditional Sicilian pastry that consist of a crispy, tube-shaped shell filled with a sweet, creamy filling, typically made with ricotta cheese.
