With the help of a local family, you'll discover the unique flavors of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. As part of the class, you'll visit a vegetables gardens and fields, pick-up ingredients and learn to cook typical dishes.
Walk around the town, fields and vegetables gardens. Pick-up seasonal products and learn how to prepare traditional dishes with wild herbs (asparagus or fennel) or other typical receipts like the soup of Banari with the famous local onions, 'pasta' ravioli with ricotta cheese and parsley, or Tumbara (milk flan) and Pane Untinadu a Christmas dish to be enjoyed around the fireplace. Have lunch toghether with the family. In the afternoon visit the historical district with a rich historical heritage between civil and religious buildings.
