We will spend around 3 hours walking around every single corners of Hanoi Old Quarter where we can seat on a small plastic stool on the pavement and taste all the best street foods.

We start at meeting point right on the center of Old Quarter. We will try 6 - 7 different dishes. There 4 - 5 savory dishes, 1 dessert (ice cream or fruits) and 1 egg coffee. This is menu. Vegetarian dishes are available. Vegan dishes are only available if you can eat fish sauce. 1/ We start with Banh Xeo (crispy pancake) 2/ Next stop, you have chance to try Vietnamese typical breakfast: Banh Mi (sandwich) 3/ Then, we keep walking to next savory dish: Banh Cuon (steamed Rice Rolls) 4/ It will be a big mistake if we skip noodle dishes in Hanoi. We will try: Bun Cha (grilled pork noodles) or Mien Tron (dried vermicellies with chicken) or Pho (beef or chicken noodles). 5/ Last savory will be some spring rolls or fermented pork or balut (duck embryo - adventure option) 6/ Time for dessert. We will try ice cream or mixed fruits 7/ We will end up with egg coffee.
