- For travellers suffer from motion sickness, please take proper precautions/medicines in advance
- To protect the local ecosystem, please do not touch the whale sharks and do not apply sunscreen. Travellers are advised to wear long-sleeved clothes for UV protection. Follow the safety instructions and keep an appropriate distance from the whale sharks. Any violation may result in fines and penalties
- Please contact or message Kkday customer service if there are any changes in your flight schedule. Your pick-up time will be rescheduled to avoid a surcharge

Purchase Summary
- Please make the booking at least 2 days before your desired departure date
- The itinerary may change and is subject to the number of travellers, traffic, weather condition, etc.
- Additional fees will be charged for late arrivals to the meeting point ( ₱300 per hour for car / ₱350 per hour for minivan / ₱400 per hour for van)
- A surcharge applies to pick-ups outside Metro Cebu
- If you wish to travel to Moalboal, Badian, or Kawasan falls after the Oslob tour, there is a surcharge of ₱2,500 to be paid directly to the driver. Entrance fees will be paid by guests on-site
- This is a private tour, and a minimum of 2 people are required to book this tour
- The pickup time is from 4:00 am–5:00 am in order to reach the destination before the whale shark activity closes
- For international guests, it is recommended to download Viber to contact the coordinator and driver
- The driver details will be sent through Viber 1 day before the trip departs
