【Other service tips】

The park is equipped with self-service lockers and baby strollers. The self-service lockers are 20 yuan for a small locker, 30 yuan for a medium locker, and 40 yuan for a large locker (per day, per time). A single-seat baby stroller is 50 yuan/day, and a double-seat baby stroller is 75 yuan/day (payable on site).

Some of the amusement facilities in the park have height, weight, age, and accompanying requirements. Please choose the attractions according to the instructions. The specific content is subject to the park's public notice. It is not suitable for patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, cervical (spinal) vertebrae, neck and back diseases, epilepsy, asthma, fractures, joint dislocations, pregnant women, drunk people, or those who are medically diagnosed as unfit to participate in intense sports and unfit to participate in sports in the park. Please choose the attractions carefully, otherwise, the personal and property losses caused by them shall be borne by the tourists themselves.

Due to the theme park's capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety or order reasons, the theme park's operating hours or the opening and performance times of any attractions in the theme park may be adjusted. The specific equipment and performance opening conditions are subject to the actual announcement in the park on the day of the visit.

In case of emergency, please seek out the nearest staff and follow their instructions.

The park provides you with information consultation, baby rooms, storage, child care, medical care, lost and found, stroller rental, power bank rental and other services. There are also special smoking areas. Tourists who smoke in non-smoking areas are responsible for compensation for any personal or property damage to the park or a third party caused by smoking.

Article 34 of the Anti-Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that "the management units of key targets shall, in accordance with regulations, conduct security checks on personnel, items and vehicles entering key targets such as large-scale event venues, airports, train stations, docks, urban rail transportation stations, highway long-distance passenger stations, ports, etc. If prohibited and controlled items are found, they shall be detained and reported to the public security organs immediately."

In order to implement the requirements of anti-terrorism and anti-riot laws and regulations and to ensure the safety of you and other tourists, the park will conduct necessary security checks on the luggage and backpacks of tourists entering the park. Please understand and cooperate. The following items are not allowed to be brought into the park:

1. Adult swimming gear, disposable raincoats, and water rafts;

2. Dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive materials, and state-controlled equipment such as controlled knives and glassware;

3. Large luggage items with dimensions exceeding 56cm×36cm×23cm;

4. Food, alcoholic beverages and canned or glass bottled beverages (except infant food);

5. Scooters, roller skates, human-powered or motorized vehicles, small carts or any means of transport equipped with wheels (except strollers and wheelchairs);

6. Aerial cameras, drones and banners;

7. Pets (except animals with service purposes);

8. Items that other staff members believe pose safety risks;

9. Bulk and cooked foods are perishable and may cause food hygiene and safety issues. Visitors are advised to finish eating them before entering the park.

In order to provide visitors with a clean and hygienic environment and prevent the random discarding of garbage and food residues, fixed dining locations are set up in the park. Visitors are kindly reminded not to bring bulk food or food and drinks that exceed the amount consumed by a single person into the park (except for baby food or food and drinks for special physical conditions).

Visitors are prohibited from selling items on their own in the park. Please do not bring excessive items into the park.
