- Free admission is allowed for children under the age of 3. Please indicate the number of eligible children in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
- Please note that the age of the child is based on the year of birth. Children born in 2018 and onwards will be considered as 4 year-olds and will need to purchase a ticket
- Children must be accompanied by one paying adult at all times
- Please keep your personal belongings close to you and away from the animals
- Please keep a safe distance from the animals while taking photos to prevent them from snatching your phone, especially primates (i.e. monkeys)
- Please wear comfortable footwear and bring sunglasses, a cap, sunscreen, an umbrella, and insect repellent
