Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a serene and authentic tea room, where you can enjoy a cup of tea and Japanese sweets during your private hour. After one hour of relaxation, the sliding doors (fusuma) will open, leading you to the cooking class. The host will guide you in creating two iconic Japanese dishes: Sushi Rolls (Maki): Create your own custom sushi rolls using fresh ingredients.
