We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with tour operators to know exactly where the best places to see local wildlife. We do not GUARANTEE Whales or wildlife on our tours but, this is our hometown, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessels have indoor seating and outdoor seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have a washroom facility onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. The tour is usually 2 to 2.5 hours in duration Please understand we do not Guarantee Whales or offer refunds for not seeing them but we will try our best to keep our 90% sighting rate for this season going!!!

- We have Binoculars and blankets for you if needed.
- Be sure to bring weather appropriate clothing! Layering is best.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- Please meet us inside the Visitors Center (131 Front street @Booth 16). Mandatory check in is 30 minutes prior to the tour start time. If you are coming in from Ward Cove ”Norwegian Cruise Line” you will need to take a free shuttle to town(about 20 min shuttle) then walk to the meeting point above.

Please meet at Booth #16 inside the Berth 2 Visitors Center (131 Front Street) at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. **If you are arriving on a Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) ship** - please allow extra time — you’ll need to take a free shuttle from your dock into town (approx. 20–25 minutes), followed by a short 5–7 minute walk to our meeting point.
