These massive supporting walls, partly buried underground, were built around the summit of the eastern hill identified as Mount Moriah, and this the site where they found Jesus , sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions; and all who heard him were amazed at his understanding and his answers" (Lk 2:41-47).
