Itinerary

Start your tour at the Verona Cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It is one of the most important religious buildings in the city. The origins date back to as early as the 4th century. Here, you will see Romanesque architecture, a large double-arched facade in the exterior and frescos and precious art-works in its interior along with a 16th century bell tower which is about 75 meters high.

Get to see the oldest bridge in Verona known as the Ponte Pietra dating back to the Roman times. The bridge spans 92 meters over the breadth of the Adige river and has 5 arches.

Torre dei Lamberti

Continue on to see the 84 meters tall tower with a spiral staircase known as Torre dei Lamberti. The construction of this tower dates back to the early 12th century. It was struck by lightning and was later reconstructed. Its large clock was added in the year 1779.
