Arrive at the entrance of Vatican Museums (opposite Caffe Vaticano, Viale Vaticano, 100, Roma) and show the tickets to the security person at “Passenger Way 1” (mobile version accepted, print not required), After scanning the QR code on the tickets you will be allowed inside.
