What's included in Traditional Craft Experience Copper Tray Making in Kyoto

In this experience, use a hammer, a wooden hammer, and a rubber hammer to make a shape of tray just by hitting the copper. You can choose the color copper as it is or black. In case of the color of copper as it is, polish with an abrasive at the end. You can enjoy the change of the expression of copper with each passing days. Blacken the copper with ammonium sulfide diluted about 500 times with water. It has almost no effect on the human body, but just in case, this work will be done by a metalsmith. Coat the tray with wax and it’s finished. this work will be also done by a metalsmith for safety reason because this work needs to heat the tray. The dimensions of the tray are about 9.5 cm in outer diameter and about 1.5 cm in height.
