This experience take place on an organic farm dedicated to the production of authentic Valpolicella wines. A single body divided into eighteen terraces with eight varieties of grapes at the foot of San Giorgio Ingannapoltron. You will enjoy a wonderful view and the fresh breeze that characterizes the hills of Valpolicella. In this place you can spend some pleasant hours relaxing, tasting some of the best red wines in this area.
You will take a journey through history and viticulture. You will be guided through the terraced vineyards of the winery, where you will learn about the suitability of the land, the importance of biodiversity for the production of organic wine and the naturalistic components that surround the company, while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding area . The visit continues in the cellar, precisely in the barrel cellar where you will learn the art of making wine, the more detailed methodologies and the peculiarities of aging in wood. Finally, it will be time for the sensorial tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by a platter of typical local cured meats and cheeses and some baked appetizers.
