One of the best things that you can do in New Zealand is to visit and explore its mountains and glaciers! Book through Over The Planet and get to go hiking around the Tasman Glacier, the largest one in the country! You’ll begin by hopping on a helicopter that’ll take you to the icy wonderland. On your way there, you’ll get wonderful, filmic views of the beautiful landscape below, so make sure to bring a camera with you and take snapshots or video recordings. Once you arrive there, you’ll immediately begin your hike. As you walk around the area, you’ll be able to enjoy the embrace of winter, feel soothing breezes brushing your face, and marvel at the majestic Mount Cook, the tallest mountain in the country. The glacier’s formation constantly shifts, so the pathways are always different. This makes each hiking expedition unique! If you’re looking to go on a thrilling adventure to see New Zealand’s natural wonders, then booking this experience is a must.
By car: the best way to get to the meet up location is to drive a rented car to the area. If you are coming from Christchurch, it is a 4-hour drive. If you are coming from Queenstown, it is a 3-hour drive
