Baltic herring or Tallinna Kilu, which will be served on top of the black rye bread
DESSERT - Kama
A mixture of roasted finely milled flours, served with kefir or sour milk or buttermilk.

Grilled sausages served with pickled cucumbers
MAIN - Moose broth
Moose broth, served along with a meat or carrot pie

- Meet & greet point for the tour start is next to Freedom Statue at Freedom Square in Tallinn. Our guide will be holding a sign "Food Sightseeing Estonia". Please arrive ca 5 min. prior the tour start.
