- In case of snow, national holidays and weekends, the Taipingshan Park will be subject to traffic control, and the departure time might be changed to 6:00 am at Taipei Main Station Exit M8 to avoid the traffic (the actual departure time is still before The customer service staff will notify you in one day)
- In the event of snow, the Taiping Mountain Park will conduct traffic control. In this case, only 9-seater vehicle can be used and Over The Planet will assess the weather on the day and communicate with travellers. If the tour departs as usual on a day that snows, the vehicle will require snow chain and the fee will be shared by travellers on the day (around NT$3,000–4,000 per vehicle). If the tour does not go up the mountain, alternatives will be provided

[High-Speed Rail (HSR) ticket types]
- Adult: Passengers over 12 years old must purchase a ticket.
- Senior Ticket: Nationals over 65 years old (as of the date of boarding) who hold a national identity card or a government-issued document with a photo, ID card number, and date of birth that proves their identity are eligible.
