  • Please present the voucher's QR code at the designated pickup location to exchange for a physical card before use. Once you have exchanged the voucher for a physical card, cancellations and refunds for the order will not be allowed
  • The validity period starts from the first use of the service and ends on the date indicated on the ticket, with the usage days required to be consecutive. (Once you redeem the complimentary gift, 'Taiwan - Longhu Night Market Cup,' the card will be activated. Please be aware of the card's expiration date.)
  • The usage period takes a one-day pass as an example. If the first use date is 2022/01/01 11:00am, the card will expire at 2022/01/01 23:59.
  • The usage period takes the two-day coupon as an example. If the first use date is 2022/01/01 11:00am, the card will expire at 2022/01/02 23:59.
  • The redemption period for the spree package ends on March 31, 2026. When using the gift package, please present your card or show the bound card on the APP to enjoy the discount. Please redeem it on-site during the business hours of the cooperative store. When the gift package is used in the store, it must be redeemed in one go and cannot be exchanged for cash or change. The number of store gifts is limited and while supplies last, the store reserves the right to replace the original gift with other products of equal value.
  • As long as the card is used or damaged, refunds will not be accepted.
  • This card is a bearer card, which does not have the function of adding value and does not contain a deposit. If lost, it cannot be reported or reissued.
  • Taipei 101: For late tickets, please go to the manual counter at the ticket office on the 5th floor of Taipei 101.
  • Tamsui Heritage Museum: This ticket only allows visitors to visit Tamsui Red Mao City, Little White House and Huwei Terrace once each. (Free admission to the museum complex: including Huwei Primary School Auditorium, Tamsui Kinoshita Shizua’s former residence, Tada Eikichi’s former residence, Dege Lis & Co., Fisherman’s Wharf Hushui Yard, Tamsui Art Workshop)
  • Gold Museum: This ticket only provides access to the four buildings, the Environment Hall, the Alchemy Building, the Jinshui Special Exhibition Room and the Gold Hall, and does not include other paid experience activities in the park.
  • Heping Island Park: Tickets do not include the rock control area and Ala Bao Bay.
  • Children's New Paradise: This is a park admission ticket + a four-time facility coupon. Please bring the four-time facility coupon with you throughout the journey to use 4 of the 13 amusement facilities in the park.
  • National Museum of Marine Science and Technology: Only tickets for the theme museum are included, and tickets for the Chaojing Smart Museum are not included.
