  2. Waiting Time We offer a 15-minute complimentary waiting period. After this time, additional charges will apply.

If no communication is received within 45 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the chauffeur will depart, and a full charge will be applied. Documentation, including call logs, text messages, or GPS records, will be provided as proof of the attempted service.
