**Fresh fish for sushi ingredients** Our class is a small group class by a former HYATT hotel sushi chef. Chef ”Ken” has experience in both Japan and California, so class can hold in English. -Chef ”Ken” has experience at hotel restaurant, sushi making class, and catering service satisfying both Japanese and foreign customers. -We use strictly selected sushi ingredients purchased on the day. -Our class is focusing on Learning the process of making different styles of sushi . -You will learn not only traditional sushi but also creative sushi that is loved all over the world. You will learn how to make sushi rice, how to prepare ingredients, and how to make variety styles of sushi, such as Nigiri (hand-pressed), Maki sushi (roll), Temaki (hand-roll), and Gunkan (battleship).
