- This one-day admission includes entry to all 6 parks, namely the Amusement Park, Water Park, Wildlife Park, Scream Park, Extreme Park, Lost Lagoon, and X Park.
- The voucher is only valid on selected dates
- Operating hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Redeem your voucher at counters 1 - 3. Please show a copy or photo of your passport at the counter
- Please make sure the name of your booking is identical to the name on your ID. Malaysian travelers are required to present their myKad to redeem the voucher. Non-Malaysian visitors are required to show their passports for ID verification to redeem the voucher
- Free admission for children under 90 cm and under 3 years old (both requirements must be met)
- A surcharge will be applied to the following facilities or activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart
- One voucher is for one person only. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable
- Water Park dress code: swimsuit, T-shirt, or tights
- Scream Park dress code: footwear, clothing/T-shirts are required. Wet clothes are not allowed
- Payments for purchases in the park can only be made via an e-wallet. Visitors can top up their e-wallet in the park
- Both parks are closed every Tuesday
- Go- Kart, G- Force, Bungy Jump, Fun Fair, and Paddle boat (optional activities) are not include.

Ticket Redemption
The e-voucher will be sent to your email and WhatsApp. Please present it at the designated location to exchange it for physical tickets. Ensure that the contact number you provided is active on WhatsApp, as your ticket will be sent one day before your scheduled activity.
