Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

- The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.

- A good time to disembark the ship is between 7 am to 8:30 am, passengers who are going to the airport have priority disembarkation. It takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to disembark a ship from the disembarkation time that has been provided to you by the ship, in most cases, you would be off the ship before your allocated disembarkation time. There are no customs or passport checks on disembarking a ship in the UK as this is done before arriving back in port.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £ 10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. If you wish to change the pick-up time, please let us know, We require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
