Discover the authenticity of the Sorrento Coast on a journey through organic lemon groves, centuries-old olive trees, and cheese-making traditions in a tour that engages all the senses. We start with a visit to a historic citrus grove, immersed in lemon scents and traditional cultivation methods. Enjoy fresh lemonade and homemade organic jams. Next, a walk among olive trees and a tasting of extra virgin olive oils: from classic DOP to aromatic varieties with lemon, orange, basil, rosemary, and chili. Hop aboard The cheerful Ape to reach Schiazzano, where you'll live an authentic experience at a renowned agritourism farm. After visiting the stables, you'll step into the dairy for the Mozzarella Making Show: see fior di latte mozzarella being made and taste it warm, along with ricotta and caciottina. You’ll also try Provolone del Monaco DOP, aged to different degrees and paired with local wine. A dessert with ricotta and jam, plus a sip of limoncello, completes the tasting. Finally, return to Schiazzano aboard The iconic “Ferrari” – a fun and memorable end to a truly local experience.
