Since we provide hotel pick-up for all the guests you'll be informed 24h before the departure about your pick-up time and position. (ex: Guest X will be the second pick-up at 07:00 am) For any other informations ( real time pick-up; traffic jam, guest delay etc ) please contact us. Note: Infant seats are available and they are included in the price; please provide us the age and numbers of infants to prepare in advance the Isofix Infant seats
