Even the pasta sauce will be freshly made, and you will experience the authentic taste of homemade food, accompanied by a good glass of Valpolicella from a local winery.
Lesson of approximately 3 hours to discover one of the tasty food of Italian gastronomy. We will make tagliatelle and stuffed pasta together, like grandmothers used to make time, with genuine and local products.
