- There will be no refunds or cancellations due to compatibility issues, changes in itinerary, or past expiry date
- The eSIM can be installed before the flight to Singapore or on arrival
- The eSIM can only be installed once. Please do not delete or remove the eSIM from your device after successful installation
- The expiry date is 45 days from the purchase date
