To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please take note of the following details for your departure from Singapore. 1. Stay Connected: • If you do not have data service, please connect to the hotel’s WiFi to stay in touch. • Please ensure you have downloaded WhatsApp, as it will be used for communication during your pick-up. 2. Departure Pick-Up Time: • Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes will be provided from booking time. • After 15 minutes, a waiting time charge will apply. Please inform us if you require more time. • After 30 minutes, if the guest remains uncontactable, our chauffeur will leave the pick-up location. No refund requests will be entertained. 3. Meet Your Chauffeur at the Hotel Lobby Driveway: • Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby driveway, holding a sign with your name. 4.If You Cannot Locate the Chauffeur: • Contact our support team at for assistance.
