Known for its creative use of vegetables, legumes, and grains, it is deeply connected to Japanese religion and health and the history of Japanese cuisine. In this program, you will learn how to create shojin ryori with an accredited English-speaking instructor who will explain further about this vegetarian cuisine’s many faces.
