What's included in Shared transfer between Rio de Janeiro and Búzios
(Subject to Option Inclusions)From the GIG Airport - TERMINAL 2 - for flights arriving between 6:00am and 2:00am. Staff will greet you when you clear airport customs - If you have any issues, you can go to the meeting point and half hour prior to departure, the guide will pass by the meeting point- or you can just call us. If you are arriving outside that time window, just go straight to the meeting point.
From SDU or GIG - TERMINAL 1 - for flights arriving between 6:00am and 2:00am. When being picked up from the Hotel or Bed and Breakfast, please wait in the lobby ready for pick up at the stated times.
Meeting point at GIG (Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim):
• Terminal 2 - International Flights: as you leave the restricted area, walk straight and you will see Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0. This is your meeting point.
• Terminal 2 - Domestic Flights: as you leave the restricted area, turn right and continue straight until reaching Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0. This is your meeting point
• Terminal 1 - International and Domestic Flights: go to the 1st floor and take the path to Terminal 2. When you arrive at Terminal 2, you will go down to Ground Level (two levels down) on Floor 0 and walk straight to Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0.
Meeting point at SDU (Santos Dumont Airport):
• Bob’s – A fast-food restaurant, next to the Main Arrivals Hall. This is your meeting point.
From GIG to Búzios - Departures are as per below:
8:30 for flights arriving between - 01h01 of the day before and 07h30 on the same day 11:30 for flights arriving between - 07h31 and 10h30 15:30 for flights arriving between - 10h31 and 14h30 17:30 for flights arriving between - 14h31 and 16h30 20:30 for flights arriving between - 16h31 and 19h30 23:00 for flights arriving between - 19h31 and 22h00 02:00 for flights arriving between - 22h01 and 01h00

- You must depart from Búzios on a shuttle at least 6 hours prior to your flight time. For holidays, Carnaval and New year’s, it may require more than 6 hours.
- Please note that if there are any delays and passengers miss the last shuttle, there will be no alternative transportation and therefore will have to make their way to the hotel by their own means.
- Sudden changes are subject to availability If flights are delayed and there is availability you may be allowed to go on the next available transfer. If not, it will be considered a no show.
