- Our service is available from Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00. (Please note that a surcharge will be applied for services requested outside of these operating hours.)
- When making your reservation, kindly indicate the areas and locations you plan to visit. Our Customer Service team will confirm the itinerary details with you and arrange both the vehicle and driver for your trip 3-5 days prior to the departure date via WhatsApp, Line, email, or other communication channels. (Line/WeChat users, please ensure that your ID is set to public.)
- The driver won't enter the attractions with you and no guide service is available.
- Drivers will be allocated based on your order and language preferences. During busy travel periods, drivers fluent in other languages may be allocated. In these instances, our customer service team will offer online support on the day of your trip as well.

Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?
This activity includes a route from Seoul City to downtown, Seoul Suburbs, Gangwon-do and so on. You may also customize the route according to your needs
How long will be stay at each attraction?
We will discuss the itinerary with you before departure date to minimize driving time and suggest the best route. The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted according to the opening hour and your needs, and the driver will generally discuss this with you to ensure sufficient time for each visit. Please note that admission tickets are not included in this activity. You may purchase the tickets by your own on the site, or we can provide booking service before departure as well. For information on included fees, please refer to the package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes 4 or 10 hours of private charter service (optional), a Chinese or English driver, driver meals, fuel fees, toll fee. Additional costs may include parking fee, attraction tickets, addition service (airport pickup or drop-off, early departure service), baby seats, over-time and exceeding kilometer fees, and so on.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
The operator will contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp, WeChat, or LINE) before your departure of 2-3 days to discuss the route. We will provide the driver information and car plate number in the afternoon ( 13:00~18:00pm ) before departure date.
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
All packages are set by default for pickup and drop-off in Seoul City only. If you would like to arrange pickup or drop-off outside of Seoul, please note that an additional fee will be charged.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
We do nor offer multi-day services currently. If you need to travel over multiple days, please book each day individually.
Inclusions
- Activity time period: Service time is 08:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Child seat information: additional option upon reservation
- Maximum child seat for one car: Maximum 2 child seats for one car
- Waiting time policy: Please arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Any delays due to personal reasons are included in and calculated as part of the service time. (Please refer to the page to see more additions.)
