The 3-hour 45-minute option combines a 2,5-hour guided tour with an estimated 1-hour 15-minute one-way transfer by shared vehicle. Our driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Vienna up to 1 hour 15 minutes before the start of the group tour and take you directly to the designated meeting point in the palace's courtyard. In case you arrive earlier, you will have time to take photos or visit the souvenir shop before meeting with the guide. We provide skip-the-line tickets to Schonbrunn Palace, so you will enter immediately at your reserved time slot without worrying about any delays or long queues.
Schonbrunn Palace
As the Official Tour Partner of Schonbrunn, we offer you exclusive access to 22 rooms (Highlights Tour), which is more than the individual visitors can see. You will visit the private apartments of Empress Maria Theresa, the Lantern Room, the Hunting Room, as well as the fabulous Baroque Gardens and the Gloriette Hill (free parts only). The guide will provide all the necessary information, interesting facts and captivating stories about the imperial court life, Sisi and other members of the Habsburg dynasty. We know that many of our guests want to stay in the gardens for longer, do souvenir shopping or have coffee at the palace cafe after the tour. We don't provide return transfers so you can freely explore the palace grounds and its attractions for as long as you want.

- The driver will take you directly to Café Restaurant Residenz, Kavaliertrakt 52, 1130 Vienna. You can explore the palace grounds and take photos beforehand if you arrive earlier, but you have to be at the meeting point on time (recommended 10 mins earlier). Latecomers won't be able to join the group or receive a refund.
- Schonbrunn Palace tickets are timed, so you will enter immediately and skip the line at the ticket office. Headsets for 10+ people are included (inside the palace only).
- Admission to Gardens is for free parts only. In case of extreme weather conditions, visiting the outdoor areas may be restricted but the tour will continue as planned.
- No luggage storage. Pets are not allowed. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
- Our group tours are only in English, max 25 participants.

Customer info on the voucher: 1. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. You will not be able to join the tour or receive a refund if you are late. 2. It is possible to cancel and modify the booking, e.g. change the number of participants, through the portal system on which you made the reservation. Please contact their Customer Service if you need assistance. 3. The guide will arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. You may contact us if you arrive during this time but your guide is not there. 4. There is no luggage storage for umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, etc. 5. Pets are not allowed. 6. The tour is not suitable for people with disabilities. 8. Tips are greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with the tour. 9.
