You will meet your guide and start your delicious journey in front of the Church of San Giacomo a Rialto.

Experience one of the most authentic food markets in Italy where the vibrant stands of fresh produce will captivate all your senses. Your guide will explain the regional specialties, from fruits and vegetables to meats. You will taste some exquisite Venetian dishes, including succulent polenta chunks with marinated seafood, the classic codfish dish baccalà mantecato, and a rich lunch at a local trattoria, all complemented by local wine.
