(Subject to Option Inclusions)Domestic Arrivals: • Upon exiting the aircraft, please proceed to your designated baggage carousel • On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will wait with a paging board bearing your name in bold • NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur
International Arrivals: • Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration. • Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels • Then proceed through customs • You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold

YVR PICKUP PROCEDURES • INTERNATIONAL: Once the guests have cleared customs, immigration and have collected their baggage, proceed outside the customs hall. The driver will meet guests by the two wooden statues in the International Reception Lounge meet and greet area. • DOMESTIC: Driver will meet guests by baggage carousel.
