- In case of a flight delay, the driver will monitor the flight and be at the airport at the updated arrival time.
- Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
- In the event of a canceled, missed, or diverted flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
