Airport Pick Up: A representative will wait at the arrival exit gate with a name sign or customer name. Don Muang Airport (DMK) waiting point: Arrival Hall between Gate 5 and Gate 6. Staff will be holding a customer name signboard.
The driver will wait for you up to 2.5 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 2.5 hours after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2.5 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued.
